The characteristics of our humic acid series products
Raw materials
- Humic acid raw material(leonardite) comes from mining with high content and low impurity in the North West area. At present, the content of humic acid raw material(leonardite) in other provinces of China is worse than NW's leonardite.
- We use only high-quality potassium hydroxide as the raw material for the neutralization reaction. We don't use other sources of potassium and don't use sodium hydroxide instead of potassium hydroxide for reaction.
- Do not add additional chemical auxiliary and bio fulvic acid raw materials, try to keep the natural characteristics of mineral source products.
Production
- The main technical R&D personnel and workshop director have been working in the humic acid industry for more than 20 years and have rich experience in all aspects.
- Product formula and production process after long-term verification, they're stable performance, scientific and reliable. Our production process involves winnowing, crushing, screening, neutralization, extraction, sedimentation, centrifugation, concentration, drying, and so on.
- Strictly control the production reaction time and temperature of each stage in the production process, with no cutting corners, ensuring product quality.
- We are also one of the few humic acid manufacturers in China with a spray tower.
